A finished notice will explain what this site collects, why it is used, who it is shared with, and how to reach the company. Counsel will supply the operative version before launch.
2. Information we collect
The confidential enquiry and general contact forms ask for text fields only — typically a name, work email, company, and a message. We do not provide file upload on this site.
We may also collect technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, if analytics is connected. Do not send technical drawings or other controlled data through these forms.
3. How we use information
Confidential acquisition enquiries and general enquiries are collected on separate forms, with separate recipients. A finished notice will describe those two pipelines without combining them.
If analytics is added, it will be used to understand how the site is used — not to sell a list of visitors.
4. When we share information
A live policy will name processors such as the website host, form destination, and any email provider. Those vendors will be bound to use the data only to provide their service.
We will not describe selling personal information here unless counsel says that is what the business does.
5. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. How to exercise those rights will be described once a contact email exists.
You can also choose not to submit a form.
6. How to contact us
Until a privacy email is published, use the general contact form on this website. Selling a business belongs on the confidential enquiry form — those messages do not share an inbox.
Do not treat this paragraph as a designated data-protection contact.
7. Effective date
No effective date is set. This layout is not in force and must be replaced before the site is offered as a live service.
Counsel will date the operative policy when it is approved.
